Who is eligible for the pilot?

The pilot is designed for equipment rental operators with an established rate book and recurring pricing updates. Single-location and multi-branch operators are both eligible, provided pricing decisions are centrally managed.

What data do I need to submit?

To start the pilot, you'll submit your current rate book and basic transaction or discount exports. No POS or ERP integrations are required.

How are pricing changes reviewed and approved?

Pricing changes are reviewed on a weekly cadence. Designated approvers review proposed updates and approve or reject them before rates are published.

Is the $500 deposit refundable?

Yes. The $500 deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to continue after the 2-week pilot.

What happens after the 2-week pilot ends?

At the end of the pilot, you'll review results and decide whether to continue on a monthly plan. No long-term commitment is required.
